Who is responsible

Contact and partner inquiries
When you contact Esmatronics through an inquiry form or by email, the information you provide is used to understand and answer your request, assess whether there is a suitable engineering or partnership fit, and continue the business conversation you started.
What may be collected
- Name, company and work email
- Country and company website for partner inquiries
- Problem descriptions, decisions, tests and previous attempts you choose to provide
- Project stage, preferred contact method and technology area where relevant
Legal basis and retention
Business inquiries are processed on the basis of Esmatronics' legitimate interest in receiving, evaluating and responding to requests from potential customers and technology partners. If an inquiry does not result in an engagement, the inquiry and related correspondence are normally deleted within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a legitimate reason or legal obligation requires longer retention. If the inquiry develops into a customer, supplier or partner relationship, relevant information may be retained for that relationship and afterwards where required for contractual, accounting, legal or documentation purposes.
Service providers and sharing
The website hosting provider and email service provider may process information as necessary to operate the site and deliver messages. Where an engagement needs specialist input, relevant information may be shared with a selected delivery or technology partner when appropriate and subject to applicable confidentiality requirements. Information is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Website operation
This production build does not include analytics, advertising trackers or third-party web fonts. Standard server logs may be created by the hosting provider for security and technical operation. If the website's technology changes, this notice must be updated accordingly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion or restriction, receive certain data in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
